Gentle Reminders

The residents, both owners and tenants, also have responsibilities. We're living in a community and we have to think of others. A little common sense and courtesy goes a long way. Here are a few reminders:
- The bicycle racks are full of rusty bicycles with flat tires that seem to be unwanted and unregistered. A notice has been placed on all untagged bicycles asking that they be registered with Dan. Please check your bike!
- Please be sure that you and your guests never park in the Island Walk parking area.
- Your letters and comments in the Suggestion Box are welcome but they will not be read by the Board unless they are signed by the writer.
- No glass in the pool area.
- Good News! The Board has extended the available hours for remodeling and construction work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
- Bad News! One of the biggest ongoing issues we have is the proper disposal of trash. Please obey the following points:
- Break down cartons and leave them outside the dumpster.
- If you have construction work in progress, be sure your contractor hauls away all the trash.
- If you have large items to dispose of, such as lawn chairs, old furniture, bicycles, etc., do NOT put it in our dumpsters. You MUST take it to the curb on Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pickup.
