Winter, 2002 Welcome back, snowbirds! Watch the bulletin boards for news of the next Sunwatch party. We have a lot of fun at the parties. If you haven't been to one in the past, try to join us for the next one. You can socialize with old friends and meet new friends. We are looking for a volunteer for the Emergency Committee. We need an able-bodied, year-round resident. If you are interested, call Tim Wukie at 442-6132. Volunteers are always welcome on the committees. If you are interested in working on any committee, call the committee chairperson. Condo Living We're all in this building together. It's yours and it's mine. This is a beautiful building and we all need to follow the rules and pitch in to take care of our common property. Here are a few reminders: The elevator policy is in effect for both move-ins AND move-outs. The elevator must be reserved with Dan at least 24 hours in advance. Moves must be scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday only. You can contact Dan at 442-6767. The Board has voted to require a $200.00 security deposit from all persons using the elevator for a move-in or a move-out. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage when the move is completed. If you see anyone you don't know using the facilities, please check to see if they are a guest, or ask them to leave. For example, this would include strangers in the pool, in the spa, or someone using the car wash. Speaking of the spa, we are adjusting the timer to run for only 15 minutes, the recommended length of time to stay in. Remember, for health reasons, young children are never allowed to use the spa. Please remember to return grocery carts to the garage. Please do not leave carts in the hallways, elevators, or your personal courtyard. It is important for Rampart Properties to have an accurate list of the owners' personal information. Please let them know if your local or permanent phone number or address changes.
