SUNWATCH ON ISLAND ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. Board of Director's Special Meeting Exterior Painting Workshop February 16, 2010 President Sheron Nichols called the Workshop to order at 9:05 AM. Board Members present were Bob Burwell, Bob Holland, Joe Giacomini, Sheron Nichols, and Bob Sylva. Bob Thatcher was the only member of the Maintenance Committee present. A draft copy dated January 1, 2010, of the thirty eight (38) page specification for painting the exterior of the Sunwatch buildings was reviewed page by page. It was determined that the draft should be amended where the words "must" and "shall" are used, be changed to "will." The Board wants the warranty of the paint products to be more than seven (7) years and be open to other paint manufactures besides PPG/Porter Paints. After reviewing the draft page by page, it was determined that several suggestions for additions and deletions should be included in a follow up draft. Joe Giacomini and Steve Milom will take an inventory of all outside common element doors to determine which doors need to be replaced. Pete Bauman volunteered to write the follow up draft.
