Board of Director's Special Meeting
with Resource Property Management
February 11, 2010
CALL TO ORDER
President Sheron Nichols called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.
Present were Board Members Bob Burwell, Joe Giacomini, Bob Holland, and Sheron Nichols. Also present from Resource Property Management were Al Freda, Sr. Vice President, and Pat England.
Al Freda stated that Sue Duncan, our former Property Manager, is no longer employed by Resource and that Pat England is our new Property Manager.
There was a long discussion between all parties and owners in attendance concerning problems in the management of Sunwatch as well as recommendations for improvement.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:20 PM.
