SUNWATCH ON ISLAND ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. Board of Director’s “Orientation Meeting” January 11, 2006 CALL TO ORDER Debbie Reinhardt of Resource Property Management called the “Orientation Meeting” to order in the Board Room of Resource Property Management in Seminole, Florida. Present were Board Members Bob Burwell, Sue Clark, Joe Giacomini, and Jo Warn. Also present was Ray Sturgis of Resource Property Management. Board Member George Powers was absent. Debbie Reinhardt presented a video explaining the duties and responsibilities of Condominium Board of Directors and stopped the video several times to explain how Condominium Boards in the state of Florida must conduct business. When the video was finished, Debbie Reinhardt explained how a management company can assist Condominium Boards carry out their duties and responsibilities. The floor was then opened for questions and discussion. NEXT MEETING The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 23, 2006 at 9:30 AM in the Meeting Room.
