Members present were Bob Burwell and Bob Van Roten. MINUTESMinutes of the February 26, 2001, Board Meeting were approved as presented. FINANCIAL REPORTThe February 28, 2001, Financial Report was reviewed by Secretary/Treasurer Bob Burwell. He reported a loss of $6,071.08 for the first two months of 2001. Most of the loss was incurred because the City of Clearwater gas bills to heat the pools are $5,972 over budget. A combination of high gas prices and cold weather in December and January caused the problem. Two (2) owners were delinquent sixty days in maintenance fees as of the date of this report. Mike Small's February report explained the confusion with a payment on Unit #807. It was moved and seconded to waive the late fees charged to Edward Bond, Unit #807. Motion carried. Mike Small will be instructed to take the necessary steps to place a lien on Unit #406 for delinquent maintenance fees and late fees. OLD BUSINESSBob Burwell obtained a catalog for Luggage Carts and found them to be very expensive. They range in cost from $200 to several thousand dollars each. There is no money in the budget this year for this type of expenditure. Bob Burwell stated that our attorney, Steve Cole, will meet with our engineer on April 2nd. and with the developer and their attorney on April 16, 2001. NEW BUSINESSBob Van Roten stated that the west garage door in the 680 building has been damaged three (3) times in recent weeks and is very expensive to repair.
